Behind the Seams: The Designers
VERS x IMPACT
IMPACT NYFW partnered with Vers on a NYFW show that took place on 2/13, as both organizations prioritize the health of the planet and the people who make our clothes. Each Vers designer has their own metric of sustainability. The designs consist of a mix of upcycled clothing and materials, organic fibers, and locally-sourced fabrics. The through-line at Vers is that everyone makes the clothing and accessories themselves by hand. Vers is a new multi-designer boutique on the same block as the show so you’ll be able to shop the runway! Moonrise Theater hosted us in Bushwick, Brooklyn where a dozen amazing fashion designers showcased their original work. To see photos and video coverage of the show click the button below!
